Terms & Conditions – Next Goal USA

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Next Goal USA website, platform, and any services provided by our organization. By accessing our website, creating an account, or submitting a free evaluation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our platforms and services.

1. About Next Goal USA

Next Goal USA is an advisory service and online platform that helps student-athletes explore athletic and academic opportunities at U.S. colleges and universities, and connects them with verified college coaches and agencies. We are not a university, recruitment agency, or governing body, and we do not represent any institution officially. Our role is to provide guidance, assistance, and communication tools throughout the recruiting and scholarship process.

2. No Guarantees of Scholarships or Placement

Next Goal USA does not guarantee a scholarship offer, admission to a university, a specific scholarship amount, eligibility approval by NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA, visa approval, or playing time, starting positions, or athletic results. Scholarship decisions are made solely by universities and their coaching staff, based on each institution's criteria, academic standards, budget availability, and athletic needs.

3. Account Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users aged 16–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. All coach and agency accounts — and every athlete profile — are manually reviewed and verified by our team (typically within a few business days) before being activated on the platform. We may request additional information or reject any application at our sole discretion.

4. Platform Communication Rules

To protect athletes, especially minors, the platform enforces the following messaging rules:

  • Coaches may message both athletes and agencies.
  • Agencies may message coaches and the athletes they represent.
  • Athletes cannot send the first message to a coach. They may only reply after a coach has reached out to them.

Attempts to circumvent these rules — including off-platform solicitation — may result in account suspension.

5. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Next Goal USA — including academic records, athletic history, highlight videos, personal identity, and any documentation required by governing bodies — is accurate, honest, up to date, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from scholarship opportunities and removal from the platform.

6. NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA Compliance

The student-athlete is responsible for complying with NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA eligibility center rules, amateurism regulations, and transfer or residency rules. These organizations may change their rules at any time, and Next Goal USA cannot be held responsible for eligibility decisions made by external governing bodies.

7. Visa & Immigration Responsibility

Next Goal USA provides general guidance on the F-1 student visa process, including documentation information, DS-160 overview, I-20 explanation, and interview preparation. However, we are not immigration lawyers, we cannot guarantee visa approval, and we cannot intervene with U.S. embassies or consulates. Visa decisions are made solely by U.S. government authorities.

8. Communication With Coaches and Universities

Next Goal USA may assist with presenting your athletic profile, contacting coaches, sharing highlight videos, and organizing virtual meetings. However, universities are not obligated to respond, coaches may choose to discontinue communication at any time, and offers may be changed or withdrawn by universities. Next Goal USA cannot force any university to make a decision or extend an offer.

9. Athlete Responsibilities

By working with Next Goal USA, you agree to communicate respectfully and promptly with coaches, maintain academic eligibility, provide accurate personal and athletic data, prepare necessary documentation on time, and keep Next Goal USA informed of any changes or offers received. Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or prevent scholarship opportunities.

10. Use of Our Website and Content

All content, images, graphics, videos, copywriting, and website materials are property of Next Goal USA and are protected under copyright laws. You may not copy or reproduce our content, use our text or images for commercial purposes, republish our material without written permission, or claim our content as your own. You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile, videos, photos, messages) and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content to operate the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Goal USA is not liable for loss of scholarship opportunities, denied admissions, visa rejections, NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA eligibility decisions, financial losses, delays caused by institutions or third parties, errors in documents not provided directly by Next Goal USA, or changes in university policies or scholarship budgets. Our service is advisory; outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

12. Payments

The platform is currently free to use. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, they will be processed through Stripe and the applicable fees, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed at that time. Subscriptions, if introduced, would renew automatically until cancelled, and payments would be non-refundable unless required by law.

13. Termination of Services

Next Goal USA may suspend or terminate services if you provide false information, act disrespectfully toward staff or platform users, engage in unethical or dishonest behavior, fail to meet academic or communication requirements, or violate these Terms & Conditions. You may also choose to terminate services at any time by notifying us.

14. External Links and Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to universities, NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA resources, YouTube videos, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for content, policies, or actions taken by third-party websites.

15. Changes to These Terms

Next Goal USA may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
